Change is in the Air

September 9th Is our Big Day!

We are very excited to let you know that with our latest computer software upgrade we can offer you new features and functions to make your patient experience at Northwoods Health Centre even better. Our new program will allow you to create your own patient portal were you can check your appointments, upload documents and receive important information from your health care providers and our admin staff. Please expect some changes in how we communicate with you and be on the lookout for an email to sign into your unique patient portal. As always we will continue to send you email reminders for your upcoming appointments, so watch for those as well. We have been training for some time now but with all transitions there may be some hiccups along the way. Please let us know if you have any questions and we ask that you be patient as we navigate through this transition. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you.
